    Cookies, cakes, most desserts use vanilla. I usually double the amount.

    Stainless steel frying pans

    Stainless steel is great for cooking many things. But frying is not. At least for me. Supposedly if you get the pan hot enough before adding the meat it shouldn’t stick. Something I apparently can’t do. I like the cast iron for frying.
