    Cold today for sure. The sun is still high enough to shrink the snow. High of 28 in Bismarck. Of course the cottonwood leaves are falling on the snow. Sounds like warmer next Wednesday. It needs to dry out so I can rake up the leaves.

    GFS seems to over predict snow and rain. The European model is usually more accurate as far as I can tell. When they match pay attention.

    I was building our house that fall. Almost gave up after the snow but it got much warmer. In January the carpenters were wearing long sleeve shirts outside. When we moved in during March it was cold.

    I've been wearing orthotics for a very long time. Your feet are the source of other problems. I am now wearing Hoka shoes. Lots of support. My foot doctor highly recommended them. He said you can wear cheap jeans etc. But sturdy shoes are a must. $$$$

    The Marines like my uncle were exposed to Agent Orange and the water in Camp LeJejeun. He died of cancer at 38.
