    Well the .223 ammo is starting to get low around these parts. Haven’t been into the store in the last 3 weeks and the difference is stark. Who knew there would be another shortage. Even 9mm is getting low too. Is everyone else seeing the same thing?

    Must be making a bunch of $$$$ of old flasher technology for what they charge. Haven’t used my vexilar in years. Not sure how they expect to expand vexilar sales which in my opinion have been going down.

    Actually n Actually it’s not any bigger than the rod hard cases they are making. My biggest gripe is the cost of it. Kind of expensive for what it is. More compact than a hard case but holds less rods. Scheels ultimate case is what I went with because I didn’t want to buy an otter at regular...

    That helps a lot but the dummy pintails still like to nest in that winter fallow no matter what the surrounding cover is. They have so many better areas to choose to nest in but decide to nest in the stubble instead. Hard to get these birds to adapt after centuries of instinct to overcome

    Those are not too bad of prices. $189 for BR-2 and $100 for LRP here locally, $130 for LRMag Primers the last time I saw them. Saw some Winchester LRP in MN for $80 a brick knee I should’ve bought some.

    The part of the hornady plant that exploded was the primer production. Never seen them sell primers so they might now have to get them from other manufacturers if they can’t start up right away. Primer shortages might last even longer

    Their populations keep dropping, a big part of the population is in ND. There have been many theories on why the populations keep dropping but one of the last articles I read said that the no till fields are what pintails love to nest in, but those fields are disturbed in the planting season...

    Love it when people post fork horns on WY mule deer pages on Facebook and all the whiners come out of the woodwork. If they shoot the small ones it only leaves more big ones for the rest of us! Meat is meat! Some people don’t have the time, $$$$$, land ( opportunity) to wait for a big one.
