    I was sitting in the Linton bar 15 plus years ago, and some drunken jackass was bragging about shooting out the windows on some small town fire hall on their way to the bar. I never reported anything, and have regretted not doing so since then, hopping someone did.

    Water, sewer, garbage, police, fire, is all paid outside of property taxes. Heck even your street and sidewalk repair are special assessments. Zero reason the snow removal, school bonds, street lights, etc. could not be paid in the same fashion? Stark county is over double the legally allowed...

    Its why the hoots bring in a "stud" to mate with the girls. Its to keep the B.O. to a minimum. Large breed dogs with a linear "pure" blood line are inferior genetically, but will likely hunt gooder.
