It’s hard for people who have never served to understand it. I have tried to have this conversation before and all they see is black and white. It’s all thank you for your service till something like this happens the it’s ruin their life punishment.

Took a goose breast and sliced to a 1/4” thick flat piece used cream cheese , jalapeno, onions and pineapple rolled it up and did a bacon weave around it. Turned out very good.
We make jerky and a bunch of different stuff like Mongolian goose going to try honey brown sugar recipe with legs tonight. Got another bunch today it was a blast
