    As I get older, its ridiculous how Bird watching creeps up on you. Spent my entire life being 100% oblivious to bird types - other than your typical spring time arrivals and then one day you're like "look there is a yellow rumped warbler" WTF..

    Side imaging should work really well in the river with the clear water and sand bottom. I would second the Tom Boley tutorials and reducing SI distance to 75' as well. Also, make sure you have your transducer positioned properly - too high or too low and you wont get good returns from SI.

    I have accumulated multiple vex's over the years. Honestly I only use them for setting tip ups and checking depth when running and gunning. If I'm camped out on a spot its helix or livescope for sure!

    AJ was at least 6-2' on skates. Anyone that played hockey knows how difficult it would be to spin in the air doing a roundhouse style kick to someone's chest would be, yet to the head/neck area. Defenseman that get beat or skated around will toss out all kinds of tricks to prevent a score...

    Exactly. I know multiple dudes that wear their orange clothing to the Bar/StripClubs partying til close the night before opener. All shoot nice deer the next morning smelling like stripper perfume and glitter still on their noses.

    Well teach kids to hunt! Teach them animals habits, patterns, trails, food sources, where to set stands, wind directions, etc. to make them successful. Too many people rely on baiting to harvest a deer is all Im saying. My grandpa sat on an old hay wagon during his last few good years. Yeah...

    Deer baiting doesn't matter to me, as I've never had the need to and have been successful harvesting my deer every year. nor do I discriminate against those that do bait - afterall its legal and their choice. Ive heard many opinions and arguments on why it should be allowed but rarely bares...

    The farmer should be publicly humiliated for the way he acted towards a bunch of young men. Kudos to those boys for handling it the way they did. If it were me, I simply would've told him that we "can handle this like gentleman or we can get into some gangsta sH*T!" Death Threats!!?? Yeah...
