    Not a waterfowler and know there are local geese all winter but sure seems like a lot of geese flying around Bismarck the past 4-5 days. Saturday afternoon saw multiple large groups flying north in formation higher than the locals typically cruise.

    And despite all the time-stamped high quality video with audio the result is a ton of time spent by law enforcement, prosecutor and the courts for an absolute joke of a penalty. Violations like this and poaching need to come with real penalties or the laws mean nothing.
