    Hmmmm....I think you could be effective with some pencil syle weights, nice and heavy, maybe 2 or 3 ounces...run that like a bottom bouncer to keep your line vertical(ish) and run about a two food leader above that with a three way swivel, one going to the weight, one with a 4-6' leader running...

    MPG towing the boat

    I just did a trip from Williston to Perrault Falls Ontaio, about 650 miles each way, so 1300 total....the average for the whole trip was 11.7 mpg. That was flat, hills, calm, wind etc etc. 2016 3.5L EcoBoost towing a 21' Alumacraft with 250 and kicker, travel cover. I was pleased with that.

    This Weekend

    I smoked the eyes out west this weekend! My buddy and I caught about 30 fish, biggest was 23 3/4, smallest was 17. Was an absolute blast on Sunday.
