    Also agree. We spend 3 months east of Kingman in a rural subdivision. West slope of the Hualipi Mts. About the same elevation as Payson.

    That is why we like Payson. 10-20 degrees cooler than the Valley (Phoenix). We get 4 seasons and some snow but it melts in a day or 3.
