Looks like a good way to lose a good shotgun barrel or an eye or a few fingers or part of your skull . 50 years ago I would have been all over this but I learned , sometimes it was the hard way. Humans are like cats and have 9 lives. I'm quitting when I still have a couple left.

Really?! There was no choke involved and it appeared via recoil observation to generate minimal pressure. Sans choke I believe this load could be bumped up around 2000fps becoming viable bear defense or a 40yd deer load.

Sorry 7 , just not gonna try it. Hot wax and a jack knife can do the same thing from what I've seen and maybe safer ? I have no clue . I guess I just feel blessed for surviving with as few wounds as I have from all the crazy stuff I tried when I was a kid. The slingshot rifles have my attention , Not as good as a 22 but better than most pellet guns unless your talking competition stuff.
