Update. He’s still here. Seems pretty sick. Can’t seem to be able to scare him off. Waiting on a call back from the warden. I’m ok with nature taking it’s course but would rather have him die somewhere else.

Hmm i always wondered why the deer hung around the tracks where i hunt. I assumed it was to eat the grain that fell from the cars during transport..never thought that someone baiting them was attracting them to the tracks...

It was a unique situation deer being that spot had deer coming off the public to a guys feeder blind setup on private. The guy is kinda a hole sewed the access up to where you have to walk about 2 miles just to be near those trails. But I think of it like this unless you have a in with acess majority of guys won't walk in that far to hunt. Dont blame him for it just hunting becomes more difficult and if you seek out those areas and put the work in to beat other hunters you can have some good sits without blown out critters. Imo
