John Anderson

[Eatsleeptrap]

Seen him twice. At Rhein Main AFB in Germany in 1990 and the Jamestown civic center maybe 14-15 years ago. A true country boy, hunter, fisherman and an outstanding performer. RIP.

[BrokenBackJack]

We enjoyed his music also.
RIP

Where else would one put it? No pics please, just tell us, no need to show us.

I spent time (while attending DSU) hunting and drinking with two young men who often regaled me with wild tales of their time serving at Rhein-Main AFB in late 80s or early 90s.

Figured maybe you knew Bill or Jon.

Or maybe I got my dates wrong.

I visited Rhein-Main once as a civilian in the early 90s. Looked pretty “spartan” to me. I had no idea how lean military facilities were. Not exactly posh amenities.
