    It's crazy. My wife and I do pretty well. We only have one debt (mortgage), drive somewhat older vehicles, have basically no recreational toys, never go on vacation, and don't live in a $500k+ house. And we aren't exactly swimming in cash. Meanwhile the Joneses are doing their thing....

    I feel your pain. My wife was recently looking at cheap houses in town on Zillow. The resentment of why we live, where we live, has been extra strong this Winter. And I do have a +50k tractor with 74" blower. It ain't been big enough for this winter.

    There is nothing more soul sucking than sitting in an office for 40+hrs a week, IMO. That said, we deal with companies that went to remote offices during Covid, and still continue it to this day, and the level of CS has dramatically decreased. I think it's very dependent on the job/industry...

    Scrambled Eggs

    I don't remember where i picked it up, but my favorite way to have scrambled eggs is to drop them in a pan of butter and half way fry them. Once the whites start to set up I will turn the heat off and lightly scramble them. Done.... Fried egg whites, tossed in a yolk sauce.

    I'm a bigger dude who despises nut huggers. The Wrangler Flex pants are the "skinniest" type of pant I own. But they aren't horrible due to the stretch. If you actually hike in them, you learn to appreciate not having baggy ass pants. The Eddie Bauer pants are a baggier fit than the Wranglers.

    Not sure what pant he's talking about, but I have 5 pairs of these. Have some on now. They are fantastic for daily wear, but I couldn't imagine them being much more than an early-early mid season hunting pant. They are not all that windproof, and have zero moisture protection...

    Crazy Hunter Harassment Duck Hunting In North Dakota (Game Warden Involved!)

    This can now be summed up very easily. Both sides were in the wrong. Youtube boy should have burned the tape, instead of posting it online for sympathy, money, and likes. ND hunter/landowner relations just took a big kick in the nuts.

    I think I would prefer SD to ND due to the better bird hunting, and milder weather... But, what I really need is TIME. Time to take advantage of the opportunities right here at home. The Mtn states are all filling up with hippies, and public land is becoming really overcrowded. It's lost a lot...
