    Pre-made breakfast burritos wrapped in tinfoil make breakfast super easy. Start the grill, throw them on low and get to making coffee. Nothing better than sitting around camp on a cool morning eating a steamy breakfast burrito and drinking coffee. No cleanup either.

    Access made in Jamestown are what I've always used and never had an issue with one. As far as sealing, its not really the cover that's the issue, its all the gaps in the endgate and box that let all the dust in.

    Probably about as many as you think are financed for 20 years. The reality is most are comfortably in the middle.

    The people I’m referring to aren't taking out large loans. You’d be surprised how many homes are being paid for with cash as well.

    Are there a lot of people financed to the gills, yep. I also think people underestimate the number of people in this state with money though. Lots of duel six figure income couples out there. Also a lot of people receiving money in others ways than just their normal job.

    Sure and with 2% unemployment rates where do you expect those applicants to come from? A healthy unemployment rate is more like 4-5%. Anything below that and you are literally going to need to lure people away from other jobs.
