    Thanks for the response. I do believe most of the ranchers do technically legally post it but there are certainly many who leave cattle on the land for the sole reason of keeping it posted through deer season. I don't have a problem with the cattle, I just don't think public land in general...

    Uncle Jimbo - What are BHA's thoughts on the ability of ranchers to post the state school land, effectively locking hunters out of public ground we all own? Has BHA ever looked into, or gotten involved in trying to open these up, or is BHA just primarily focused on the grasslands of ND?

    It kind of makes me wonder if G&F actually wanted to force these big tourneys out, or if they assumed these tourneys would just buckle and pay the fee. Either way I’m not disappointed with it being moved to SD.
