    Just north of Jmst, dumped 1.78" yesterday and 1.11" at 3:00 today. Just got dumped on heavily again minutes ago. Will take more, sound like might be a soggy Sunday also.

    Don't think anywhere in my post is there that agreement. Not sure of the answer but I would think operational pipelines ( competition) would be beneficial to lower prices. 🤷‍♂️
