    Cut up halibut in cubes 1-2” dip in ranch or mayo bread with crushed ritz crackers ( do not crush too fine ) tinfoil on cookie sheet place pieces spaced slightly apart bake @ 500* for 10 min or so. my current favorite quick recipe
