    I measured behind my place at noon in Dickinson (I collect weather data for the NWS). It was right at 5 inches. I took the Defender for a rip and took the boys to the playground.

    Lake Winnipeg Fishing gear

    Fishing was great, catching was slow. I found some fish in 10-13ft of water. Largest was 25in and number of 18-20in. Getting around by pickup was easy. Water by the mouth is getting dirty. White spoons and rattle baits worked best. The K-drill was on the cusp of needing an extension.
