    Personally I would drain that tank regardless . 3 yrs, the shit is just gonna cause problems. Not that hard to pull fuel line and pump it out. Would almost bet the impellers ( water pumps ) are all dried out also. And yes, check lower end units, if milky drain.

    I recall many times in April helping Gramps with calving. Had to get snowmobile and the old car hood out to go gather newborns. Lose a few due to pneumonia which really sucked. Can be tough on ranchers, but we do need the moisture throughout the state.

    We were able to make a double payment every other month. The extra payment was directed to go solely off the principle, not the interest. Had that set up specifically when refinanced. Neighbors in our little cul de sac keep doing remodels driving my taxes up. Maybe good for resale someday but...

    We did a 30 yr when first purchased in 97. Refinanced after 4 yrs to a 20 yr, and paid it off in 15 yrs. Was great to get out from under that payment. Congrats KDM !

    Ha ha ! Sure hope so, as my game needs it. Just got back into it after15 yr layoff. Just purchased car in February so haven't used on course yet. Been riding with golf buddy.

    The price of carts keep going up and up due to the more use at campgrounds. Looked for a long time for something decent that wasn't all used up. Finally found 2018 Club Car gas.( like new shape), $6900 just FYI , it will actually be used for golf. Added the wheels/tires.
