    I gave the shrimp a try last night. Great flavor. I cut the paprika, cayenne and pepper by about a third. Still a lot of heat. Used apple which was very mild. A little tweaking and it will impressive. May try it on some chicken breasts next time.

    Drill your holes in the side, it allows the pipe to fill with more water plus you get more even distribution. Crap tends to build up in the bottom, but a clean out cap on the end will help flushing it out.
