    I don’t understand how it can be bad. The injectors are hydraulically operated so when by passing the AFM system you run on all 8 injectors. When the system is on and you are only running on 4 holes then that oil has to bypass the injectors to they don’t fire but I don’t know how it would...

    Sounds like a switch or solenoid issue. Put an OHM meter to the switch and see if it’s open or closed. Jump the solenoid with a screwdriver and see if it will actuate.
