    I would wait on an appraisal. If you get one assigned to your name as an individual it becomes difficult to have that appraisal assigned to a bank and therefore you would pay for 2 appraisals.

    Wurst beir hall, porter creek, spitfire, doolittles, texas roadhouse in that order (unless you only want steak then Texas RH is #1 for me). Duanes House of Pizza has dropped 85% in my opinion from the 6 years i left fargo. Lot of options.

    I hope it is easy to make changes by the land owner. It wont be but a guy can wish. I'd lock my land down duringpheasant through deer then open it right back up to coyote hunters. But, if it is a poor process i'd be more inclined to just lock it down and leave it and let the few locals i know...

    We dont have much to contradict it either. Just a bunch of opinion based people on this site. Not a lot of change in my opinion. Less 12 inch saugers will hit the fillet table.
