    Garden!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So is there any particular reason why all my squash and gourds are producing only female flowers with no males to give he them a hand? Is this possibly a fertilization issue or they're just being dicks?

    Big Head Carp

That was silvers back in 11. Mind you it was only a matter of time since there was nothing to stop them coming upstream. Silvers are the more famous of the two with their tendency to go airborne when startled.

Hell in 11 it caused a damn salmon run up Apple creek in Bismarck!

    Tailrace

That makes more sense then especially with all the downstream area blown out these days there is no real reason not to do it other then it will likely suck a fair few paddle fish through as well as salmon.

The spillway gates? Do you mean the regulating tunnels because the spillway gates outside of 2011 are never open. Hell even the regulating tunnels are most definitely not a standard operating procedure for there outside of extremely high flow years.

    Burke County Wind Farm Denied

Wind is a f****** non-starter! I mentioned this before but if you do the numbers Global energy use goes up by an annual rate of 2% covering that 2% you would need to erect over 300,000 wind turbines per year which is more than we have ever been assembled and it would cover an area roughly the...

How do birds hit them....it's pretty simple you have a blade that looks slow but is in fact going nearly 200 mph at the tips. And this is what it looks like. https://youtu.be/8NAAzBArYdw

    Burke County Wind Farm Denied

I know that studies have found a significant decrease in nesting duck numbers around them they just don't like them. Needless to say they're not good for flocks of birds flying around either although I once did see a small flock of snow geese get jumped on a foggy day that turned very...

Zebra Mussels Discovered in Lake Ashtabula

Yeah me thinks that might had a little bit more to do with South Dakota Montana Minnesota and the Canadian province that shall remain nameless threatening to sue us! But you can always go to spiritwood and try to catch one the only lake in America you can do so.

Zebra Mussels Discovered in Lake Ashtabula

Definitely looks that way....or at the very least their confidence in their filtration system is not remotely 100%. Be interesting to see if zebra mussels all sudden pop-up and a number of lakes around Ashtabula how quickly The Game and Fish tries to point the finger at boaters to get the...

Zebra Mussels Discovered in Lake Ashtabula

It all comes down to where they draw their water from unless they have one insanely good filtration unit on that place! For this very reason allot of hatcheries in other states are starting to use well water.

Zebra Mussels Discovered in Lake Ashtabula

You have to believe that unless they use well water they are very likely to have moved some to new waters around the state. Boy are they going to look bad if they did!

Zebra Mussels Discovered in Lake Ashtabula

Zebra Mussels Discovered in Lake Ashtabula

And fathead minnows that show up everywhere.....what magic? Hell simple surface tension alone of a drop of water is all it would take to move a zebra mussel in it's younger stages.

Zebra Mussels Discovered in Lake Ashtabula

Sort of like the age-old scientific question how do fish show up in bodies of water that are connected to no other bodies of water. The truth on that question is science has considered it so solved it's never actually been studied even though it was postulated by Charles Darwin. But here's a...

Zebra Mussels Discovered in Lake Ashtabula

Yeah the Kansas lakes were mention a number of times and some of the research papers I was reading and they held a lot of weight with me since they're likely to have similar high nitrate runoff from Farm Fields like ours do. Devil's Lake is the only like North Dakota lake i could see truly...
