We don't "BUY" preference points in ND, they are 'earned' each time you are turned down on your FIRST choice on your app.
Example: Say I apply for mule buck in 4B my first choice, and whitetail second choice....if I don't get my FIRST choice, but still get my second choice, I get awarded 1...
So caption this pic, not sure where it was taking but I came across it, seen a few more that had alot more deer in the pic than this....
Does it define 'party' hunting....yup...14 deer to 7 guys and one guy could have shot all of them for all we know. but back in that day, they had no 'laws' in...
I reckon your feeling luv...pretty much had the same scenario for me this season, small 4 x 4 buck, nose to ground, walking broadside 125 yds out, couldn't keep my scope on him, missed, he spun 180 degrees and ran the opposite direction, I hurried a second shot only to miss again shooting behind...
On the first part of your post, thats 4 deer tags for you. Not ruffling ya Kurtr, but do you actually consume that much venison yearly to warrant taking 4 deer yearly? I understand you like to hunt, we all do. I am a household of one and I can't even consume all the sausage i get from one deer...
Our very own professional hunters...Kickemup and KDM...kicking everyones ass, doing it right......
"some guys have all the luck, fame and fortunate we all dream of"
" I thank the stars above me, I got none, and thats enough".....some guys have alllllll thheee luck...do do da da.....
Way to go...
Lots of 2 cents on this one concerning the 'party hunting'. When deer hunting, more times than not, its just me and another individual in so called party. In all cases, I make it clear that I don't shoot others deer and they don't shoot mine, period.
I had a buddy who in no longer with us shoot...
Some people can be such dicks..smh.....as for the easement detail, just tell him to tidy his end up or just push the dirt back on his side, if he fusses, tell him you'll see him in court. Hate to say it but sometimes taking legal action is the only way to get things across to people these...

Like the article says...people need to make sure of their target before pulling the trigger, also say he shot...
Not sure if this was ever brought up, but I'll go ahead with it.
Its great that most of you get your spouses, girlfriend, daughter involved with hunting, nice to see them get involved in something you like to do or they like to do.
My curiosity got me thinking of how many do more than shoot...
Sighting a rifle can be frustrating. Some people are picky about groupings. I sighted in my 243 and 270 this sunday and the 243 with 100 gr SP wincherster had a tighter group over the 270, so the 243 is the 'go to' gun this weekend and the 270 is along for back up. I shoot 130gr SP in the 270...
Was just going to chime in about all the super duper fancy expert deer hunters that brag about nailing their deer 5 min after noon....soooo where they at.....
If you have hard water. like well water, sediment will build up over time, I had a water heater that was popping all the time and had sediment coming out of the water, so I replace it. Another thing, replaced those Anode rods!!! I will be replacing mine once the new one gets here, this one has...
Is this one of those trick math questions??? Sorry had to do it........all have the right to hunt the public land, its just matter how they go about it.
