    O Harmon Lake report

    Went to Harmon Lake couple evenings ago…graphed a lot of fish but hard to get them to bite. Was able to land two largemouth bass including this 5.5 pounder.

    What boat ramp open in Bismark

    I used the private ramp at the marina today (I have a slip there). I was able to get out and down the river but the first hundred yards or so down the river was 1.2-1.5 feet deep, follow the shore to Christmas tree island to cross to the west side.

    The traffic signals are timed for inbound city traffic in the morning and for outbound traffic in the p.m.. IF the signaled intersections were all uniformly spaced at the ideal spacing for the given speed limit, only then can you time the signal progression to work equally well both directions...
