    Inverted/pull type snow blowers

There we go - nodak anglers coming through and saving me some $$$ so I can buy more plastics for the spring...

    Inverted/pull type snow blowers

Just wondering if any of you guys have any experience with a pulltype three point snow blower?? I have a 100 horse "food plot toy/tractor" and was looking at an erskine 825rp. The driveway is about 3/4 of a mile long and was thinking it'd be really nice not to have to go backwards the whole...

    Small Food Plots for Deer

I have 25 acres of land in a high-density deer/semi residential area. Small plots can be tough with heavy grazing pressures. We have struck out more times than I care to admit, but have came to some of the same conclusions of early replies. Clovers/alfalfa/winter greens seem to be superior to...

    Garden sucess

Pumpkins went crazy! Took most of the year off from gardening because we were landscaping this spring. I hope to hit it hard again next year.

    No licenses for non landowners

Not sure a rational conversation is in the cards here - I think I can hear fishingbuddy calling someone home

    No licenses for non landowners

Yes, they undoubtedly do have absolute opportunity - I agree 100% Bernie ??? Ouch - I'm about as conservative as they come. Why go to a below the belt swing right away? I'm not the greatest communicator so its probably my fault that you're missing the point - I'm fine with a land owner...

    No licenses for non landowners

The point I was trying to make was an "absolute" opportunity. Success, wealth, assets will inevitably generate some opportunity - and it should. Thats the American model - right?! In regards to the specific sheep example, there typically have been "general draw" tags available and we (as the...

    No licenses for non landowners

I did read your next post and for some reason this topic is always an emotional pissing match - I have a 40 acre parcel that is LOADED with deer - we harvested 4 critters off of it this year. We helped 2 kids get their first deer and had a two others use it as a last resort to fill their tags...

    No licenses for non landowners

Tough topic - I pay nearly three times that in various property taxes throughout the year and still don't qualify for a gratis - wrong type of real estate :( I also have a couple of small parcels of hunting land, yes we invest in food plots and supplemental feeding, habitat, ect, ect. I don't...

    SwimBaits

Don't over-think these things! Cast and retrieve, throw them where fish are and hang on. Keep this technique VERY basic and you'll enjoy some pretty amazing success.

Yep - I have the open water bug bad. Going to go through some more summer tackle as soon as nodakangler.com lets me get away from this computer.

How fast does your boat go?

Really? I guess I've always assumed that a z520c (and I want one REAL bad) was a low 70mph boat. I live on Devils Lake and thought that would be one awesome set-up for fishing this lake.

How fast does your boat go?

No swinging contest here, as I'd lose that everyday of the week . . . 2014 Ranger 620vs 250 Verado, bravo prop, no kicker and usually VERY light 64mph routinely. 70+ mph on the trailer though!! 6" atlas jackplate I'm interested to hear from YarCraft owners, as there are a few youtube...

    Verado HP Gains

On average, I hit 5 days a week. Made a stretch last summer where I landed a fish 28 straight days!! Most of my trips involve less than a half hour on the outboard - I think my season total was around 85 hours. My 3 year old was so accustomed to fishing every night that a couple of times he...

    Verado HP Gains

I've always had a tough time enjoying a financed "toy". I've done it, but its so much easier to enjoy when interest isn't part of the picture. Although, a few of my so called "advisors" seem to like a leveraged position occasionally... And, besides the $$ issue, fast boats are kick ass...

    Bow Upgrade PSE? Bowtech?

I picked up the new Halon. I know Mathews wasn't mentioned in the thread, just scratch the stickers off, replace them with whatever toots your horn, and shoot it once. Its an easy drawing, accurate speed bow. Make sure you shoot it before you spend big $$. Like someone said earlier, most all...

    Vexilar Comparisons

I have a 28 and you can see the minnow head fall off the spoon in 25 feet of water. Target separation is amazing. I agree though - the transducer where you can't select cone angle is a bunch of BS. Otherwise its been a good unit.

    devils lake ice

I had 9-11 inches from Bud Bay to Old Mil this weekend. No way I'd risk it in that area yet - unless you're fast, have good insurance, friends you don't like, and need a new rig . . .
