    Dirty Mike is right on with everything I eat like a horse. Most of you would shit your britches if you saw how much I eat. I'm as lean and mean as they come.:;:rockit I work out a lot and it isn't cardio. I hate cardio. I pick things up and put them down and then eat a whole elk.
