    When the fences come down I will believe it. What sucks is tax payer money put them fences up and tax payer money will take them down. All for a bird.

    Let’s look at this from a different angle. Why is the shore line in north west being fenced off to keep “atv” away from shoreline? When in Bismarck they have “The Desert”? Does these two Birds not nest in that part of the state?
