    KUIU Talus pants

I actually bought some KUIU ones last year and used them late season. They work exceptionally in deeper snow for sure.

    KUIU Talus pants

These are the 2 pants I was highly considering so I'll have to try the Timberlines on at Scheels and go from there. Sounds like a guy can't go wrong either way. Thanks!!

    KUIU Talus pants

Looking at getting some new pants for the upcoming year and was looking at the Talus. Anybody using these or another brand or style similar? Will use them here and Montana for deer season and next year on an elk hunt. We typically do a lot of glassing and moving for deer so something with knee...

    Elk outfitter

So I finally saved up the cash to go on a guided elk hunt. This will be a rifle hunt.Just beginning to look at outfitters. I have never elk hunted before and don't have any preference on which state I go to but just starting to throw together some ideas. Doesn't have to be a lodge type setting...

    Midco rate hike

We use the ClearStream 4v and have had good luck with it. It's up in the attic over the garage and runs down to the cable connection. Just run it through there and it works good in every room. We've done this over 2 years and have no plans on going back to cable. We use sling and Netflix during...

    Anyone grow honeyberries?

If you plan on trying grapes I'd go with Marquette, Valiant, or St.Croix.

    New Truck

The only reason I bring up Westlie is because they have 2 trucks pretty much set up how I would order one. I'll go long distance if needed but it seems like the ND dealers are pretty competitive on price. Thanks again for all the input so far.

    New Truck

I am looking at getting a new Ford and wondering what your guys thoughts were on dealerships? For the price Westlie motors has what I'm looking for and their prices seem to be as good as I've found anywhere. How are they to deal with? Any places that offer killer prices? Thanks in advance! It...

    Helmet for child??

Check out BTO sports online. They usually have some pretty good specials. We run only TLD helmets but Fly racing makes some nice stuff at a decent price.

    North Dakota has worst drivers

Having grown up in Bismarck I definitely have to agree with the comments. Drivers around here have gotten progressively worse as the years go by. The scary thing here is all the people that run red lights in my opinion. I cross HWY 83 every morning on 43rd ave at around 6:15 in the morning and...

    Shock Collar

The one I have is like 15 years and I can't find parts for it. The one collar belonged to my 16 year old shorthair that passed away last fall so I figured I would just update this year. On a side note I now will have parts from that one and a newer style one if anyone is looking. I love the...

    Shock Collar

My old tri-tronics collar finally died so I'm looking at getting a new one. Looking at the Dogtra 1902s 2 collar setup as I have to run 2 dogs. Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions on a different setup? Thanks again.

    Venison Sticks

I'm sure there are threads on here somewhere but I'm having trouble finding them. We will be making sticks in a couple weeks and just what wondering what guys are using? Thinking just the Owen's bbq original but open to whatever suggestions you guys have. They have to be something mild because...

    Youth Air Rifle recomendations

Not sure what the model is but my dad has a Beeman that has an adjustable air spring. Might be nice for a youngster so you can set it light so it doesn't break so hard at first and air it up as they get older. His is a 20 cal and super accurate. The only thing is that I'm pretty sure it's a...

    Redneck Bale Blind

If your into the build your own style look into Midwest Haybale blinds. Comes with a list of stuff you need, instructions, and the straw cover. I used one for 5 years until one of our hurricane like wind storms wrecked it. The covers last for 2-3 years even if you leave them outside so if you...

Boot Review - Scheels Crispi Summit

Not to beat a dead horse here but I have decided to do the Perfekt hunters but not sure which ones? Is there any reason to do the Extremes with the rand all the way around them of I don't hunt much for rocky terrain? They are resoleable but not sure if the boots would be shot by the time they...

    Motor Storage

After having trouble with mine and doing some research on it if you can run them dry do it. The jets in those generators are so small that they are easily gummed up and can do so even with a stabilizer. If not like others suggested they should be started and run periodically.

Boot Review - Scheels Crispi Summit

Do you have the extremes or just the regular ones? For me I don't see much need for the extremes unless they are a better boot.
