One question for those long shacks. How do you get it on the ice? I know in my area you'd have to use a boat ramp. With the angle of the ramp to level ice, I'm thinking it would scrape the ass end. ??
I bought a 1/4 once from my niece. I had to pay butcher. It's too bad it wasn't always that easy. It'd be nice if ranchers, consumers and butchers could come together and cut out the Packers. Especially in rural areas like the Dakotas.
The temperature here never got low enough for ice or snow. Snow is melting and streets have a lot of water on them but HWYs are dry and great for winter. It's now getting windy but not insane wind yet
