    My goal this year is to not purchase live bait outside of when my dad comes up for 2 days to fish. Going to pull cranks, jigging raps, pitch cranks and soft plastics and rip lipless cranks. We will see I guess but I think it's defiantly doable.

    Boat antenna

    Broke the antenna on my radio and was wondering if anyone has a suggestion on what to replace it with? Could just get the $6 replacement but I fear the quality. Any suggestions so I can get radio stations on Sak and devils?

    I grew up in MN where we chased suspended walleyes chasing tullibee so that's why I like the open water fishing and salmon seemed like a good idea. The bonus walleyes were accident...at first.

    In 60 ft water 40 ft down with a #11 husky jerk. Trolling large bait balls.

    I did it twice last year but used raps and my downriggers and never caught a salmon but found a good way to catch nice eyes. Anyway, purchased 12lb balls, dodgers, and the squids and want to make a real run at it this year.

    Mounting down riggers!!

    A friend of mine has downriggers on his 621 and they are both mounted on the back. Another option is to mount them on a track system.
