    How hard is it to get an elk tag in ND?

    Well from stores I've heard from guys that have applied since they could, they have been shot down, me on the other hand, first time I applied I drew and any elk tag, hunted killdeer mountains and down around bears den, only came across a cow, seen bulls, but they were way back in no mans land...

    What fun is it to be done in 5 minutes?? Have never understood that...:;:huh Also should say I have never had that opportunity to be done that soon....guess some guys have all the luck Soonest I have ever been done is the following day, and that happened once, so far.

    Still deciding....Nov 8th kinda spoils it up when you trying to plan a 4-5 day hunt, gotta vote you know.... Was thinking heading out Wed (9th) hunt till Monday (14th). Will be calling my cousin to see what the rut activity is in unit, some say its going to start early??? found place on net...

    Any mule deer tips?

    First of all. what unit?? Get a Grassland map, and see how much grassland is in that unit. As for landowner permission, gets kinda tough, by all means not trying to discourage not asking, please do. Good Luck and have fun!!! Its nice country.

Nice looking chick at the sales counter, but another dude was also looking and sampling, he was more yappy then I was, so she tended him more than me..:( they counter is too far away from the door, but if you stood in the aisle you could glass out...
