    I have an 18 ft Sylvan Viper, I use a Panther Water Spike and it works great. We used it on lakes and on the rainy river fishing Sturgeon in the spring and have always been able to hold.

    5 lb propane bottles

    I refill one pound tanks and it works great. Make sure to put the 1lbers in the freezer over night and bring the big tank inside for a day so that it is warm when you start.

    Devils Lake resorts/guides and probably some people in the south east/central part of the state that make money off of perch fishing would really fight that change. I think moving the possession limit to two days for panfish is a good start.
