    To me the smoke is just another seasoning. I use an electric element to keep the heat around 80-100 degrees and just apply the smoke by using an AMAZN smoke box. No soot and it turns out to my liking every time. FWIW. I also have the element plugged into a STC-1000 digital temp...

    If it were me and there is not any noticeable water damage behind the walls or portions that need repairing I would just panel right over the top of it. With that being said, if you do remove the old paneling now would be an ideal time to add more outlets, lights, etc.. jmo.

    Insulate garage ceiling

    Blow-in and make sure you have adequate venting. Also installing the sytro foam insulation chutes between the rafters is a must.

    The shop behind tires plus on 13th Ave. has done some work for me. I felt they did a good job. Give them a try. They were honest with me.

    Husqvarna rider vs John Deere rider

    We own both. Each are zero turns. Husqvarna = no grass build up under deck....JD = lots of grass build up. JD has the 7 iron 60" deck which surprises me it has that much build up. Both are great mowers.
