    Suppressor Point of Impact Shift

Called Dakota silencer and they sent me a form to send in to Mack Brothers for repair. Sounds like I only need to pay for shipping.

    Suppressor Point of Impact Shift

I took a look at some things last night, based on everyone's input. Also had a chance to take the suppressor apart. I think I found my issue. For some reason the bullet is making contact with the end cap. I'm not sure what would cause this. I have included the picture. This is the cap where...

    Suppressor Point of Impact Shift

Well thanks for all the insight. I will check on the free float with the weight being added. On the cleaning, I have the varminter 3.0 and they recommend cleaning every 50-100 rounds? Are you finding you can shoot more rounds without cleaning? Also, what are you guys using to clean them...

    Suppressor Point of Impact Shift

I have a question, but let me set up the scenario. Shooting a rem 308, vortex viper, factory ammo. Went out and sighted my scope in after changing the base plate. I'm not the worlds greatest shooter and was pretty windy, but was shooting 1 to 1-1/2" groups at 100. This was done without the...

    New broadheads this year?

I made the switch to the DRT single bevel and won't be switching to anything else anytime soon. Done with mechanicals after shooting these beasts!

    G & F Walleye stocking Sakakawea

Ok, so I did pose my question to the Biologists at the G&F. I asked if keeping the large females, say 25" and bigger, have an effect on the long term health of the walleye population. This is their response. "We do a variety of surveys throughout the year that give us a good handle on the...

    G & F Walleye stocking Sakakawea

I do think Sak will be incredible this year. I don't want to start the debate of what a person should keep and shouldn't, but at new town last weekend there were lots of 26" plus fish being cleaned. I have no info on what this lake can sustain and maybe a good question for the G & F...

    Traveling with Boat tarp on?

When traveling long distances or gravel roads, my cover goes on. Designed for travel so it doesn't flop.

    Sunglasses!

I had to go prescription, but love my Oakley Polarized for fishing. I've had them 3 years and lenses are still in great shape and I can wear them all day and feel comfortable.

    This Weekend - Fishing Plans

Heading to Tobacco Gardens this weekend, but hearing the fishing is better farther east. Guess we will see what happens, but looks like the weather will be great!!!!

New State Record Walleye Caught any truth?

With the amount of smelt in Sak right now, I wouldn't be surprised either. High water and bait fish is a good combo for that lake. I have the feeling there are some monsters in there. Maybe a 17lbs+ fish? I know GF netted that one, was it last spring, or two years ago that was over 17?

Why all the big fish this ice out?

The MO also just kicked out one that was over 15. From what I hear, it was .45oz from being the new state record. I saw a picture and it was a giant. Apparently when the guy weighed it on his scale in the boat is was 15lbs 12oz but official weight was just shy of the record. What a toad!!!

    Flicker Minnows

on a note, my experience with the depth charge for the #11's is wrong. To me they are the next depth level after # 9's. I found roughly 24-30'. I routinely hit bottom at 25' while using a #11 with 150' of line out.

    Planer Boards

Yes. These are great with braided line!! work much better than the clips. You won't be disappointed. I have yet to try them or any other board on lead core though. I'm always afraid it will pinch off the lead within the sleeve.

How many Crankbaits do you own?

Not enough is my answer, but I did recently sell a bunch. I'm narrowing down the cranks I like to pull and what catches fish on a consistent basis for me and am only buying those brands/styles. Has made finding the correct crank for depth and application much easier. Although Berkeley is...
