    I'm self employed and use my house as a office. A certain % of my utilities I can right off. Not sure on exact amount. I pay someone to do mine. I look at the 350$ it cost me to do my taxes as piece of mind.

    If you plan on drying morals get a cheap circle one and only use it for them. The spores that come off of them get into everything and it will make other things u dehydrate have a little different taste. For everything else I use the smoker or oven to dry with.

    Cork N cleaver. Best steak I've had in Fargo hands down. Meal will run about 50$ a plate. Great mixed drinks there also.

    I was in same position as you a couple years ago. I went with a helix after seeing lots of reviews of the hook freezing up. Get a 7 if possible 5 is to small to see both sonar and GPS.
