    String Trimmers

If they would have had a 60v in stock I probably would have bought it. I have a lot of grass to trim and the 20v does that job just fine and then some, so either way I'm happy. For the extra $50-$70 though, the 60V looks and sounds like a solid upgrade. And by "thinner" batteries yes, the...

    String Trimmers

I bought the new Dewalt 20V last week with the 5A battery. I have a load of other dewalt stuff and extra batteries so it was easy to decide. I tested it on some serious tough/tall (3+foot) grass along our hayground fence. I held it wide open the entire time as I wanted to see truly how long the...

    Zero Turn Recommendation

In laws bought a new John Deere zero turn last year or year before. Been an awesome machine for them. Throughout ND everyone was asking 6500-6999 for the machine. They ended up purchasing out of Rapid City and saved well over a grand. Might be worth to take a look and a mini vacation a couple...

    Storms

Think what you may. But a vast majority of people on here know I've never said anytime malicious on here, well really ever (besides the fishing buddy girls being skanks last week or so). I myself have a property that floods, not my home, but only land. I figure back peddling would be me taking...

    Deer Lottery. Get lucky?

Very well could be. I don't think any of us are too concerned about whether us adults get a tag or what not, but for the 13 year old pretty excited for a doe tag, just hoping this one doesn't fall through the cracks and they get it taken care of.

    Deer Lottery. Get lucky?

While I would usually agree with this, I don't see it being the case in this instance. All 3 individuals were applied and only 1 email address was used. The verifications for all 3 individuals came in 3 separate emails stating they successfully applied. When only 1 email came back stating a tag...

    Storms

Swear to god some of you sissies have no sense of humor. Or have absolutely no sense of sarcasm when its typed out. As with about everyone, Bisman included, I'm sick of the rain. Hell no I don't hope people lose their fricken homes, christttttttt almighty boys take it easy. It's been a shit show...

    Deer Lottery. Get lucky?

I've heard from at least, a dozen folks now that didn't receive any type of email letting them know if they got a tag or not. My nephew and Mom being 2 of them. Looking back through the emails, we verified that we applied them both. Nephew for his doe tag (13 years old) and mom for her buck tag...

    Storms

About an inch in Hebron, heavy winds. Lots of tin roofs took some wind damage in town. We are now sitting right at 16 inches total of rain at my place. Went through Beulah this morning, and Cenex had water standing on the floor coming in the door. Reports from about a dozen ranchers/farmers up...

    Alaska Vacation Ideas

I've got a good woman by my side that seems to love the adventures just as much as I do. If it wasn't for her on a lot of things, I'd be a pretty lame dude. She is now interested in getting her pilot's license also, so life is even better! - - - Updated - - - Oh, also, our airplane tickets...

    Dead Walleye

Those fishingbuddy gals... oofda. A person would think they could find some better "ND gals." Out of 12 of those gals there is maybe one of them that makes a 7-8 on the Nodak hotness 1-10 scale. The rest of them were picked up at some random Bismarck/Mandan bar, and obviously not a high class...

    Alaska Vacation Ideas

We rented an RV out of Anchorage for around $1500 for nearly 2 full weeks. Just had to fill fuel. Was like new and in great shape. Slept 6 people comfortably. Drove down to Seward and had a one day charter. Caught a ton of fish. Spent the night there and then drove to Homer the next day, slept...

    Rain

.25 on Monday again in Hebron. Was going to start cutting hay yesterday but the hay looks to be pretty unreal thick (grass is legit 4 feet tall in quite a few areas) , so I don't think it'll dry enough before Friday/Saturday rain events. Should be cutting hard next week sometime, weather permitting.

    Rain

We were lucky and didn't get any hail, but did get some sweet video of one of the tornados though about 3/4 mile from our back pasture. 2.25 inches of rain in about 45 minutes.

    Rain

I planted 425 new trees on Saturday and Sunday. They got about .35 so far on them. If we don't get another shot in the next 2 days ill be watering them by hand.

    Rain

.25 near Hebron. We are into the 1.25-1.35 inch total for the year now. Things are actually looking quite nice for pastures and hayground.
