    Top of the Morning!

    Friend has 2500 acres of wheat which has run in the 80. Sold a bunch for 10 dollar a bushel. Said his direct cost is 400/acre. You do the numbers. Has another 2500 acres of various oil crops which he hopes to do better on. i believe for most, 2022 could be the best year ever for farming. db

    got ours today. house true and full value up 4100 and taxes down 6 bucks. Since we moved in in 97 house value has gone from low 90,000 to low 140,000. Just basic upkeep on house with no addition added on. db
