    I have two stocks that were sprayed with zolatone. One was jungle camo and the other desert camo. Very nice and robust finish on the stock.

    Another cheap method is making a 3 way rig and trolling spoons. A daredevil or kastmaster will work. Bring some heavy weights to get down. This method worked on ft peck for lakers.

    My countdowns are the worst out of the box. I have had to tune the front and the tails. Tuning is about as an exact science as long range shooting without a range finder. Also the tails seem to blow out the side way to easy.

    Paddle tails are great. I use them in cold water. After mid may though then i switch over to cranks.

    I am a rapala fisherman and have been noticing that many of my lures are not tuned out of the box. I have also noticed that the balsa wood seems to be of lower quality than in the past. Has anyone else experienced this? I have gone through over 300 dollars worth of cranks this spring mostly...

    I feel your pain... I have some very nice and large evergreens that are dying... Just terrible. Spent some cash having them sprayed a few years back and that didnt do it. These are 30 year old evergreens also.
