    You can save yourself a lot of digging if you build a small plot and rebury the junk you got fooled with so you know what's there before you get a reading. Same with coins in a sandbox .

    I'm no help for this year but for future harvests if you have a spot to grow, We planted just a couple and let them go to seed for two years and just hit the area with a spring tooth hand rake in the late fall or early spring and they grow wild .
