    In most cases I don't think it's so much that people don't want to modernize or upgrade but it's the crazy over the top designs that kill most of these projects .

    Is this a fairly new law or is it an old law ? It seems crazy that you can't have a beer while at the lake but you can smoke a few joints if you want to. It's the complete opposite here.

    Good to know , We had way too many onions too and left about half the crop in the garden. a few have started to sprout so my wife put them in a planter by the window and we are using the greens in salad.
