    Nope, this dude was carrying a straight-up purse. Like one my aunt would carry. Nothing chic or European about it. When you were a kid, and asked your gramma for some gum, she would have reached into this purse and pushed aside all the Kleenex, and found some gum. THAT kind of purse.
