    When I was a kid there was a fishery in Mobridge that had nets out. A few of my friends had jobs a their little cleaning plant. They could only harvest "shit" fish. But I remember in the paper they had a dead 23 lb walleye in their nets. This was in the late 70's aor very early 80's.

    I seen on the news last night that the state would be contracting the running of the casinos. He specifically said, the employee's would not be state employee's, and that they would have a contract with whoever operated the casino.

    Its actually over 100% payout, PKC pays out more than they take in. So if you don't spend a dollar at PKC or the Quick Mart, ALL of your money goes to the winning teams. Basically, your getting in a tournament that just launches out of PKC. So if you plan on using their ramp, why wouldn't...
