    Distance from shore means nothing. We were on a lake in Canada where the bow of the boat was on the rocks where we were having lunch and the back of the boat was in 128 ft of water. My boat is 19.5 ft long. Caught some nice lake trout there. (Grin)

    If she does have fawns I'm guessing they will be late. I think she probably cycled in mid to late December after she put some weight on as the bucks were chasing her around the backyard for about 3 nights about that time frame. That's my best guess, but who knows.
