    Venison Jerky

MossyMO fleeced me for a couple packs of honey bbq and mango habanero. Our usual massive deer sausage operation didn't need any more deer so I just sent it through the grinder for jerky.

    Recommendations for Ice Flasher

Do you have a boat? If so, do you want to add another graph to it? Get a garmin or bird ice package and then swap them over in the summer. If your all set on the boat electronics, pick up an FL-18 off of the classifieds and enjoy years of use.

Best New Ice Rods for Walleye/Perch.......Go

What Ahab isn't telling you is that he would lose regardless of available funds. At this point, selling them would only cost me money. They just seem a little too stiff for their intended species.

I have a bit of a problem when purchasing gear. It doesn't help when I end up trading lures for gear either. I swapped everything over to a new scheels hard-sided case last night and I realized that I have every scenario covered. 1- ultra light scheels combo for light tackle 1- TUCR...

    New deer rifle?

Feed it some 143 gr ELDX hornady’s and have a good time. I initially went into Scheels to buy a Ruger American. Couldn’t walk past the tikka rack without trying them out. I like the rough tech since it had a threaded barrel already.

    Steak Time!

225 has been my temp for a lot of cuts of meat. Seems to be that nice middle ground. A 2lb tri tip usually takes around 2 hours at that 225 temp. I use multiple temp probes just to make sure. Obviously the one that comes with my green mountain as well as a handheld

    Steak Time!

Tri Tip is my absolute favorite cut of meat to throw in the smoker. Smoke to 104 degrees and then sear on the grill or flat top.
