    Alternative to suspended ceiling panels?

This sounds awesome. I have seen an office where they plasma cut their own tiles from weathered corrugated metal and it looked great.

    No Drink January

America disagrees! Just came from a grocery store liquor store and I was flabbergasted at the selection of bourbon there. They had some good stuff, and a hell of a variety. Hearing you always preach about rum I jumped over an aisle and saw less then a quarter of the size of bourbon selection...

    If you didn't hunt/fish

I'd likely dabble in some competition BBQ, mobile pizza, competition shooting, more family camping, more winter skiing, maybe 1-2 trips somewhere warm in the Winter.....And I'd probably advance my career if I didn't care about flexibility and time off.

    Wood-fired pizza oven

Very nice first attempt!! I've seen much worse! If you don't want to dick around ordering 00 flour on Amazon, any unmalted (usually organic) AP flour will act similar at high temps. Bob's Red Mill organic AP you can fin in most organic sections of decent size grocery stores, or Walmart sells...

    knives

I got a block full of Shun Classic's for my wedding, they are pretty amazing. Although I did have a tip break on one of my chef knives. I wasn't too impressed about, have yet to send it in to see how their customer service is. Bed Bath and Beyond sales, combined with some discount codes, is...

    Sippin whiskey

I think it's a pretty regional thing, so I doubt it. I have never looked though. They could maybe special order in a bottle? I've never had it either, but I have read some comments on another forum and it's on my to do list.

    Steak Time!

I figured about every 10 days I would take it out for a pic to monitor the progress. I hope it turns out. I read where some just end up going rotten after the process and turns into garbage.

    Wood-fired pizza oven

I have never used an Ooni oven, but based on my experience with other similar ovens, as well as others' experiences using both pellets and gas, I would suggest you look into the gas burner for that thing. Far more convenient, and consistent heat. As well as better flame/heat control to make on...

What do I need for xmas?

I like the 1403's for ever day socks. Lighter then full cushion, but have the cushion in the areas prone to blisters. I use them for early to mid season hunting, as well as every day socks come "boot season". https://darntough.com/products/boot-sock-cushion?variant=13054195105845 I will...

    retirement, good or sucks

Right, that's why I have not went the Roth route yet. How the hell does one know what tax bracket they will be in in 30 years? I would love to start building some passive income but have made 0 progress on that front so far..

    retirement, good or sucks

My 401k is 14% return the last 12 months. Guess I need to get a ROTH going eh? And Bfishn is exactly right, if I had more monthly disposable income, I would absolutely spend more. Guess the thermal optics are back on hold for a while. I walk a very fine line between being financially...
