    Public land transfer bill

Thank you to all that have signed! We’ve had a few hundred people sign this and oppose this with us. Keep up the pressure! You can also call Armstrongs DC office and RESPECTFULLY inform them that you OPPOSE The North Dakota Trust lands completion act in its current form! It literally takes 30...

    Public land transfer bill

Since the federal delegation is ignoring all requests to discuss this issue or address concerns I’d suggest sharing this with as many folks as possible. Our objection to this bill: Once transferred to state trust department, lands that have always been open for public hunting can be closed by...

    Public land transfer bill

Update: Armstrong is essentially ignoring any request to discuss this issue to make adjustments and make it palatable for sportsmen who rely on public access to public lands. Our chapter has sent a letter voicing our concerns to the committee and we will be providing an action alert to voice...

    Michigan deer annoyance

I wish. Some states have utilized LWCF funds to great benefit for public access, wildlife and habitat. ND, unfortunately, is not one of those states. Mostly parks, swimming pools, and other things that have nothing to do with habitat or wildlife. For those reasons I think it needs reform...

In case anyone wants to see how the LWCF money (aka offshore lease revenues from the Outer Continent Shelf ) gets spent here in ND. https://www.parkrec.nd.gov/business/grants/land-and-water-conservation-fund And just in case…...
