    Wrigley almost had her teeth on a wounded grouse last weekend. She chased it into the cannonball river, unable to stop, she ran head first into water and promptly forgot about the bird. I had to pull her up the bank twice that day.

    I'm a Red Sox fan but the cubbies will always hold a special place in our household. When one of four tv channels growing up was wgn, cubs games were about all that was on. That and when we went to two cubs games last summer, I've never had a better time at a baseball game.

    We were in charge of turning the key while my dad cussed at the motor. I have found the best way to keep that windshield from slapping around; get rid of the windshield.
