    Sear pork hot for a bit each side. Turn heat way down. Mix 2 cans Golden Mushroom soup with a cup of milk. (Not cream of Mushroom)!..,, pour over pork, add a rice mix stir it in and slow cook. So good.

    Damn. My grandparents had a home on lake Audubon. Spent a few summers there mid 70s. Had free reigns with a wrist rocket/pellet gun. I was indescribative as a kid and and shot plenty of them.:cry:
