    I agree with kurt. Start preparing your food. Shop in fruits and veggies and meat departments. Stay away from pre cooked meals. Learn about what you are putting in your body and the more you will go to whole foods.

    My plug is feathered to the hole I then hook to a bungee that is on the transom saver. Have to un hook it everytime I take off saver. Not a big deal for me.
